GENERAL
The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and SnipeMaster and govern your use of the Site, superceding any prior agreements between you and SnipeMaster. The failure of SnipeMaster to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect. The Terms of Use and the relationship between you and SnipeMaster shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and SnipeMaster agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or the Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
Framing and other Technology Restrictions
Our express written permission is required before embedding SnipeMaster pages in "frames" running from other sites. For further information please read our copyright and license document. You also may not, without our prior written permission, "mirror" any content or Content contained on this Site on any other server. You may not use the terms "SnipeMaster", or any other SnipeMaster trademark in any metatag, unless we have permitted you to do so in writing.
Email addresses are provided solely for user queries relating to SnipeMaster. Capture of SnipeMaster email for use with unsolicited email is not permitted.
Restrictions Regarding Web-Accelerator Products and Robots
User access to SnipeMaster's www servers is restricted to conventional non-accelerated browsers. So- called "web-accelerator" products such as NetJet, NetSonic, MSIECrawler and Teleport-Pro are not permitted. Web-accelerators consume vast amounts of bandwidth and server resources. If you are using a software product or browser feature that claims to significantly speed up page downloads, it must not be used while browsing this Site. Users that do not follow these guidelines may be excluded from using the Site.
Robots and crawlers need to follow the robot guidelines (found at http://info.webcrawler.com/mak/projects/robots/robots.html). Robots that ignore the guidelines may be excluded from our Site.

The following are additional terms and conditions for this SnipeMaster Web site that apply to software developers and SnipeMaster licensees. All Terms of Use also apply.

THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE APPLICABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT.
